Optimization of production processes in the cement industry
The main objective of the project is the optimization of the production processes through the control of temperatures in the kilns of the cement industry sector. The system allows the acquisition and analysis of thermographic images to obtain point-to-point temperature measurement data from the operating cement kiln.
Technologically multidisciplinary platform composed of software systems that allow web communication, management, acquisition and processing of data, as well as thermographic sensor devices, mobile monitoring devices, alarms, etc.
Objectives of the SICOCEM project:
- The main objective of the SICOCEM project is an optimization of the production processes and energy improvement through the control of temperatures in the kilns of the cement industry sector.
- Development of a technologically multidisciplinary platform that includes both the development of software systems or web communication software, centralized data management, data acquisition and processing, and the development and integration of hardware systems and thermographic sensorization devices, mobile devices monitoring, etc.
Mesurex S.L. He has led and coordinated the project. The main technological challenges that it has achieved have been:
