Quality control system in the manufacture of glass bottles

Project description

The objective of the project is the development of a quality control system in the glass bottle manufacturing process based on infrared thermometry. The system allows accounting and tracking the number of correct and defective bottles that are produced and dispensed through the manufacturing chain. The system also allows automatic discarding of defective bottles.

Objectives of the QBOT project:
- Development of a quality control system in the glass bottle manufacturing process based on infrared thermometry.
QA
- Count and track the number of correct bottles and the number of defective bottles that are produced and dispensed through the manufacturing chain.
QBOT2
- Discard defective bottles automatically by choice.
